Maintenance will be voided if a repair, change, removal of stone, resizing of ring, or polishing has been done by a facility not approved by Katt Diamonds.
Maintenance will be voided if any excessive damage have been done. A few examples of excessive damage are: a car runs over a ring, ring is hit by a hammer, or the wife use a ring as a brass knuckles.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs, expenses, and insurance. Katt Diamonds is NOT responsible for lost shipping.
