Layaway Policy

If planning to purchase a Natural Diamond in the near future, it would be helpful to take advantage of our New Layaway service because inflation may soon force a price change. Call to start (800) 557-4755

• Initiation of any layaway purchase plan agreement can be done over the phone by contacting one of our customer service representatives at (800) 557-4755.
• We require a 10% minimum down payment.
• Orders under $3,000.00 will be allowed a layaway period of up to 2 years.
• Orders over $3,000.00 will be allowed a layaway period of up to 3 years.
• Customer can modify a Layaway order without penalty.
• Customer can pay-off of a balance at any time.
• Orders will be shipped to the customer after payment of the entire balance.
• Layaway orders are not refundable and can be exchanged or upgraded.
• We understand that our flexibility is allowing us the opportunity to do business with you, and we appreciate that opportunity.
