Cancellation Policy

Our jewelry is hand-crafted and made to order. The steps behind the craftsmanship, quality control, and fraud prevention are a lengthy and substantial process. Due to the nature of our business cancellations are subject to a 25% service fee. Cancellation fee can be avoided by receiving and returning your order within 30 days after delivery for a full refund.
